Red, white, and rosé are on the menu this evening at Enzina

along with classic Italian small plates.

 

Head chef Giulio Fulgenzi, a native of Piemonte, will take you on a journey to different regions of Italy through 5 selections of wine with food pairings including insalata, bruschetta, polpette, and more. You’ll learn about the flavors and history behind each wine from a master sommelier and will have a chance to mingle with fellow lovers of all things Italian.

 

Tickets are $59 and include five 2.5-ounce glasses of the chef’s selection of wines with tapas-style food pairings. Gratuity is also included. Please let us know in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in your party.

 

After the tasting, you are welcome to stay, mingle, and purchase additional beverages and food if you would like. We will have a mixture of English and Italian speakers/learners present, so feel free to practice your language skills while meeting new people!

 

Enzina Pizzeria is located at 1056 Main Street in Waltham, MA. There is a free parking lot adjacent to the restaurant for your convenience as well as nearby street parking. (See map below)
