
Natalia Maldonado
Italian & French Instructor
Natalia Maldonado is an enthusiastic language instructor with experience teaching both Italian and French to students of different ages and proficiency levels. She has been teaching at the Alliance Française since 2023, where she has taught Italian at all levels and, since last year, also teaches French. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, where she completed a double major in French and Italian, along with a minor in Biology. She also studied at the Università per Stranieri di Siena, where she lived for a period of time and further developed her Italian language skills and cultural knowledge.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Italian Studies at Boston College, where she works as a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures, teaching elementary and intermediate Italian to undergraduate students. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Italian. Her teaching focuses on building strong foundational skill, fostering confidence in learners, and creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
