This is an accelerated program that meets once per week for 5 consecutive weeks: June 15 – July 13. Planning a trip to Italy? Travel Ready Italian is a practical 5-week course designed to help you navigate your travels with confidence. Learn useful language for restaurants, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and everyday interactions while gaining valuable cultural insights to help you make the most of your time in Italy. No experience required! Topics include: • Ordering food and coffee like a local • Checking into hotels and asking for assistance • Using trains, taxis, and public transportation • Asking for directions and navigating cities • Shopping, making purchases (including haggling!), and handling everyday situations • Essential phrases for unexpected travel situations Perfect for those preparing for vacations, cruises, study abroad programs, and independent travel throughout Italy.
