Course Description

This is a standard class that meets once per week for 8 consecutive weeks: January 19 – March 9. Builds upon the foundation begun in previous level by focusing on dialogue, listening skills, and accent improvement. Short stories and texts will also be introduced to improve reading comprehension. • Topics - hobbies, interests, like/dislikes, and food • Objectives - the accusative case, the dative case, verbs with separable prefixes, modal auxiliaries, the simple interrogative, and the imperative Textbook: Deutsch - Na klar!, 7th Edition, Chapter 2–3
