Vietnamese - High Beginner 1

Course Description

This is a standard class that meets once per week for 8 consecutive weeks: September 8 – November 3. *No class on October 13th in recognition of Indigenous Peoples' Day. Perfect for students who have completed the Beginner course or who have some prior experience in Vietnamese, the emphasis of this class will be on building vocabulary, improving pronunciation, and reinforcing fundamental grammar. Students will learn to talk about their daily activities, likes and dislikes, and events in the past tense. Topics: family, work, studies, and travel Objectives: phonetics, the simple past tense, expressing likes/dislikes, discussing routines
