Course Description

This is a Summer Express class that meets once per week for 6 consecutive weeks: June 21–August 2. *No class July 5th in recognition of Independence Day weekend. Introduces basic phrases and vocabulary with an emphasis on pronunciation and fundamental grammar. Students will learn to introduce themselves and talk about their daily activities. Topics: family, work, studies, and travel Objectives: definite and indefinite articles, pronouns, possessive pronouns, numbers, colors, simple nouns and adjectives, gender and number agreement, the simple present tense, and the use of "ser" and "estar"
